Prices, payment /stay conditions

Prices

Prices are indicated for 1 night and include VAT and breakfast. They do not include a local tax of 0.70 euro per person and per night we pay back to the Finances Dept.

Reservations can be addressed either through our web site or by telephone and email.  So you will get prices lower than those proposed by our partners Booking and Expedia.

Payments

Out of pandemic period , a pre deposit is requested equivalent to 40 % of the total cost of the stay. It can be paid either by bankcard, MASTER or VISA, Euro Bank cheque.

If the reservation is cancelled we will require :

• No penalty if the cancellation is notified more than 14 days before the arrival date.
• The payment of 40% of the total cost of the stay if the cancellation is notified 14 days or less before the arrival date.
• The payment of the full amount of total cost of the stay if the cancellation is notified 8 days or less before the arrival date. Same penalty for a non-show.

At the end of the stay, final payment can be processed by bank card, euro bank cheque  or in cash.
We are sorry not to be able to accept reservation lower than 2 nights.
For security reasons (stairs, pool) only  children over the age of 17 are welcome and are under the parents' liability.
Our schnauzer is quite outgoing with people but unfortunately not with other animals which are consequently not allowed  during the  stay at the Clos Chavigny.

During the stay and at the end

Continental breakfasts are served from 8.30 am to 10 am in the dining room or on the terrace.

All the residence is non-smoking.

For hygiene and comfort reasons, meals (cold or hot) alcoholic beverages, drinks  as well are not permitted in the garden, bed rooms, living  and eating rooms. Hot and cold beverages, non alcoholic, are available in a special room.

Arrivals are between 4 and 7 PM. Over this time we demand to be informed about any delay. The maximum time authorised is 10.00 PM. After the door will be closed.

At the end of the stay the rooms will be vacated from 11 AM.
