Around the clos Chavigny

Loire Valley chateaux, their prestigious gardens are the most visited places: Chinon, Azay le Rideau,l’Islette, Langeais, Ussé, Brézé, Villandry, Montreil Bellay…are probably the “stars” ! Visit of Fontevraud Abbey is a must. The exhibition contains among other treasures the recumbent statues of the Plantagenet Family, the museum of modern arts presenting some 900 Art pieces including  those of the American couple  Cligman’s donation .

Troglodyte houses, vineyards, mushroom beds border the road to Saumur. Town of Saumur deserves a visit: the chateau, the famous driving school “le Cadre Noir”. Further on : Blois, Chenonceau, Amboise, Chambord …are some of the amazing chateaux to visit.ificent chateaux. You will let yourself be carried away by their beauty.
